Before becoming active in real estate, he was employed in the public securities field as an analyst, writer, and editor. Prior employers include Sage Online, Multex.com, and British based news agency Reuters. He has written hundreds of investment articles for research provider Seeking Alpha, many of them focusing on real estate.

Adam maintains a heavy volunteer commitment to the Hempfield community in which he resides. Over the past decade, he has served on the boards of his homeowner’s association, the Hempfield School District, and Hempfield Rec Center. He strives to be equitable to all those he represents. He brings that same philosophy to Archduke and looks forward to providing a seamless, fair home selling experience.

Zach began his career journey in the construction and home improvement field in 2010. Since then, he has restored hundreds of dilapidated properties to beyond their former glory. He thoroughly enjoys finding solutions to help you sell your home lightning fast and make sure you get the best deal possible.

Chris has personally founded and/or invested in numerous successful companies and overseen hundreds of real estate transactions. In addition to his numerous entrepreneurial ventures, he also serves on the Lancaster County Interdisciplinary Team working to end homelessness within the county and has an unbridled passion for helping individuals struggling with various life difficulties. Chris always strives to go out of his way to ensure success for everyone around him and cannot wait to help even more people solve their real estate dilemmas!
